Wish I could give six stars! Travis was incredible to work with, especially as a first-time homebuyer. From day one, he helped me lay out a strategy for the entire process and did a great job managing expectations, explaining what was coming next, and making sure I understood the decisions I was making all the way through closing. One of the biggest benefits of working with Travis was that I wasn’t just getting him, I was really getting access to his whole network. He had great relationships and people he could recommend throughout the process, which made everything a lot easier and gave me a lot more confidence along the way. Where I think Travis really stood out was on the negotiation side. He helped me think strategically instead of emotionally, especially once we got into the inspection period. He did a great job helping me use the inspection findings to my advantage and ultimately helped me negotiate a really good price on the house. What impressed me even more was that some of the negotiating he recommended actually meant less commission for him, and he never hesitated. He was clearly focused on getting me the best outcome rather than protecting his own paycheck. I felt like I had someone in my corner from the first conversation all the way through closing. I learned a ton working with him and would absolutely recommend Travis to anyone buying a home, especially a first-time buyer. Highly recommended!

Travis is hands-down the best realtor in NE Florida! He got a showing at every house I was interested in, some on short notice. He knew the market and could translate the value in each of the houses we looked at to make the best choice. Additionally, from the initial offer to the closing table he was right there answering questions and communicating with all the different parties involved. 10/10 experience.
