Unfortunately, Travis Is Actually That Good. I had the pleasure (and occasional misfortune) of serving alongside Travis Tamillo in the United States Navy for a couple of years. So naturally, when I needed to sell my house, I figured, why not trust one of my biggest financial transactions to a guy I used to work with in the military? What could possibly go wrong? Turns out, absolutely nothing. Travis is a clean-cut, muscular, Tesla-driving real estate professional. Not the cool Tesla with rocket boosters, unfortunately, but I guess we can’t have everything. I’ll admit, I dragged my feet a little when it came to giving him the green light to list my house. But once I finally made up my mind, Travis went to work like someone had just told him liberty was secured until the job was done. Communication? Outstanding. Not a single voicemail left. Every time I called, he answered. Honestly, it was getting a little suspicious. I’m still not convinced he has other clients. He walked me through last-minute preparations to make the house look its absolute best for the listing photos. He handled everything personally, stayed on top of every detail, and provided a level of service that genuinely blew me away. I was expecting a realtor. Apparently, I hired an entire real estate department disguised as one ridiculously in-shape guy. All jokes aside, Travis made the entire process incredibly smooth. His professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to his clients are second to none. I’ll absolutely be calling him again when I’m ready for my construction loan. Oh, and apparently he does those too, because evidently selling houses, being jacked, and driving a Tesla weren’t enough. 10/10 would trust this guy with another house. Just don’t ask him about the Tesla’s horsepower. His ego doesn’t need any more assistance. Seriously, if you need a realtor who answers his phone, knows his business, and actually puts in the work, Travis is your guy.

Wish I could give six stars! Travis was incredible to work with, especially as a first-time homebuyer. From day one, he helped me lay out a strategy for the entire process and did a great job managing expectations, explaining what was coming next, and making sure I understood the decisions I was making all the way through closing. One of the biggest benefits of working with Travis was that I wasn’t just getting him, I was really getting access to his whole network. He had great relationships and people he could recommend throughout the process, which made everything a lot easier and gave me a lot more confidence along the way. Where I think Travis really stood out was on the negotiation side. He helped me think strategically instead of emotionally, especially once we got into the inspection period. He did a great job helping me use the inspection findings to my advantage and ultimately helped me negotiate a really good price on the house. What impressed me even more was that some of the negotiating he recommended actually meant less commission for him, and he never hesitated. He was clearly focused on getting me the best outcome rather than protecting his own paycheck. I felt like I had someone in my corner from the first conversation all the way through closing. I learned a ton working with him and would absolutely recommend Travis to anyone buying a home, especially a first-time buyer. Highly recommended!
